Data Protection Declaration

We are committed to handling your personal data in a responsible man- ner. Compliance with the legal requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG), the Ordinance on the Federal Act on Data Protection (VDSG), the Telecommunications Act (FMG) and other provi- sions of the Swiss data protection legislation is a matter of course for us. When processing the personal data of data subjects located within the EU, we additionally comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Business data

We primarily use data required for processing our business transac- tions. This includes master data (name, position, contact data), order details, memos and business correspondence. Personal data is only collected and used for business purposes.

 

Contact form

On our website, you can enter personal data via a contact form. If you make use of the contact form, we use, collect and store the data that you enter via the input screen. This data is only forwarded to third par- ties where this is necessary to fulfil your request. This can be the case, for example, if direct contact with our partners is necessary or desired.

 

Newsletter

You can subscribe to a newsletter on our website. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data that you enter via the input screen (e.g. last name, first name, e-mail address). This data is not forwarded to third parties. Subscription to the newsletter is only possible with your consent. Your consent is not required for newslet- ters that are sent out in letter form or with postal delivery.

 

Storage duration

We only process and store your data for as long as is necessary to pro- cess it or to comply with the legal obligations. As soon as the process- ing purpose no longer applies or the statutory retention periods have expired, we delete or anonymise your data as far as possible.

 

Rights of the person concerned

The data protection legislation applicable to you gives you the right to information, to correction and deletion and to the restriction of data pro- cessing, as well as to the disclosure of the personal data held on you.

We use Google Analytics to allow us to analyse and improve the use of our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer, to permit an analysis of the way in which

This Data Protection Declaration can be amended at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website is the valid version.
